Dr Mike Perkins
Director of Development & Chief Medical Officer
Dr Mike Perkins joined Oxagen in October 2005 as Director
of Development and Chief Medical Officer. He is an MD with
more than 20 years experience in drug development, having
held key positions within AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Ionix.
Following senior clinical and regulatory affairs roles in
AstraZeneca, Mike spent 8 years with Pfizer appointed to
the position of Vice president Worldwide Regulatory Affairs.
Prior to joining Oxagen Mike held the position of Chief
Development officer at Ionix Pharmaceuticals. He has considerable
experience
and understanding of the drug development process having
registered more than twenty drugs across a broad therapeutic
range.
