Dr Stuart Collinson
Non Executive Director
Dr Stuart Collinson has been a member of our Board of Directors
since 2002. He currently serves as a Partner at Forward Ventures
and was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of
the Board of Aurora Biosciences Corporation prior to its
merger with Vertex in 2001 (he is now a member of the board
of directors of Vertex). Stuart held senior management positions
with Glaxo Wellcome from December 1994 to June 1998, most
recently serving as Co Chairman, Hospital and Critical Care
Therapy Management Team, and Director of Hospital and Critical
Care.
Stuart received his PhD. in physical chemistry from the
University of Oxford, England and his MBA from Harvard University.
